Chat and diet only. Nothing else on this Space is touched. Health chat was returning a generic apology for every message. The single free model it called was failing with no retry and no alternative, so any rate limit or model retirement took the feature down completely. - OpenRouter client now sends a fallback chain (glm-4.5-air -> llama-3.3-70b -> openrouter/free, capped at 3 because OpenRouter rejects longer chains with a 400), retries 429/5xx with backoff honouring Retry-After, fails fast on a bad key, handles HTTP 200 error bodies, and reads `reasoning` when `content` comes back empty. - Reasoning models on the free tier spend most of a small token budget thinking and truncate the answer, so the diet request now asks for low, excluded reasoning with real headroom, salvages complete days out of truncated JSON, and tops a 5- or 6-day result up to 7 instead of discarding it. - Chat answers even when Supabase is unreachable; it just answers without saved history ra…1f438ae
