# Brainstem 3
Brainstem 3 is the third public release built from the private `brainstem` development line.
## Upgrade Position
Brainstem 3 should be the recommended public release after it passes evaluation.
## Status
This folder is currently a release scaffold. It does not yet contain real model weights.
## Release Checklist
- Document changes from Brainstem 2.
- Add real model weights.
- Use `Qwen/Qwen2.5-1.5B-Instruct` as the upstream base model.
- Add evaluation results.
- Add example usage.
- Confirm no private SaaS data is included.
