**Lever:** retune `family_weights` only — same generator code as king-1.

**Hypothesis:** more AR(2) / integrated / OU / threshold / regime mass improves LCB consistency (v12 local A/B direction, pushed further).

**Tradeoff:** less weekly/seasonal/spectral coverage.
