+Then download in the same directory from:

+tokenizer.json
+merges.txt
+

+Then you can run the converter (assuming all files leisted before where downloaded in directory called model):
+ct2-transformers-converter --model ./model/ --output_dir faster-whisper-tiny-futo.en     --copy_files tokenizer.json --quantization float16
