# 🤖 AI & ML Interests TSU-WAVE leverages machine learning to enhance tsunami prediction and early warning capabilities. Current applications include real-time parameter estimation from DART buoys, CHI forecasting using LSTM networks, and anomaly detection for early tsunami signals. The project utilizes Hugging Face Inference Providers for model deployment, with access to 15+ inference partners including Groq, Cerebras, Together AI, and Replicate through a unified OpenAI‑compatible endpoint. This enables fast, scalable inference for tsunami prediction models without infrastructure management. Future research includes transformer-based models for wave propagation prediction and multi-modal fusion of seismic, oceanic, and satellite data.
