+Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of this software and associated documentation files (the "Software"), including trained models and associated code, to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, and sublicense copies of the Software, subject to the following conditions:

+1. MANDATORY ATTRIBUTION
+Appropriate credit must be clearly displayed in the documentation, "About" screens, and source code headers of any derivative works or projects utilizing this Software. The required attributions are as follows:
+    a. The GCLM architecture is attributed to: Axel.
+    b. Generative Mathematics methodology for training data (known as 'Procedural Mathematics') is attributed to: AG.
+    c. High Dimensional Machine Reasoning technologies (often referred to as 'Neuralese') are attributed to: AG and OpenAGI (also known as AgCorp).
+       *Note: The term "Neuralese" is used for descriptive purposes and is not trademarked by this license, but the underlying reasoning technology code by AgCorp requires the attribution stated above.*

+2. PROHIBITION OF SALE
+You are NOT permitted to sell, rent, lease, or otherwise monetize the Software or the trained models contained herein for direct commercial gain. The Software is provided strictly for free usage.

+3. FORCED OPEN SOURCE (MIT REQUIREMENT)
+Any software, modifications, derivative works, or projects that utilize the GCLM architecture or code from this Software must remain Open Source. You are required to license your derivative works under the standard MIT License (and also include this LICENSE). You may not release projects using GCLM under closed-source or proprietary licenses.

+4. EXCEPTIONS
+Exceptions to the Non-Sale (Clause 2) or Open Source (Clause 3) requirements may be granted only through express written permission from umm-dev or ag, respectively.

+5. DATA USAGE
+The example training data provided (e.g., the works of Shakespeare) is acknowledged as Public Domain.
