Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of this software, associated documentation files, trained models, and related materials (collectively, the "Software"), to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, and sublicense the Software, subject to the following conditions:

## 1. DEFINITIONS

**1.1** "Licensor" refers to Axel Sheire and AG, jointly and severally.

**1.2** "Derivative Work" means any software, model, or work that incorporates, modifies, extends, or is substantially based upon the Software or any portion thereof.

**1.3** "Commercial Use" means any use intended for or directed toward commercial advantage or monetary compensation. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Selling, renting, or leasing the Software or Derivative Works
- Offering the Software as a paid service (SaaS, API, or otherwise)
- Bundling the Software with paid products or services
- Using the Software to provide paid consulting, training, or support services where the Software constitutes a primary deliverable

**1.4** "Non-Commercial Use" includes:
- Personal and educational use
- Academic research and publication
- Use by registered non-profit organizations for non-profit purposes
- Internal business use where the Software is not redistributed or sold

## 2. ATTRIBUTION REQUIREMENTS

All copies, Derivative Works, and projects utilizing the Software must include clear and prominent attribution in:
- Source code headers
- Documentation (README, manuals, etc.)
- User-facing "About" or "Credits" screens (where applicable)

The following attributions are required:

> **GCLM Architecture** — Axel Sheire
> **Procedural Mathematics (Generative Mathematics)** — AG
> **High Dimensional Machine Reasoning (Neuralese)** — AG & OpenAGI (AgCorp)

The term "Neuralese" is used descriptively and is not claimed as a trademark under this license.

## 3. NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY

**3.1** You may NOT engage in Commercial Use of the Software or any Derivative Work without express written permission from the Licensor.

**3.2** Redistribution of the Software, whether modified or unmodified, must be provided free of charge.

## 4. COPYLEFT (SHARE-ALIKE)

**4.1** Any Derivative Work must be licensed under this same GCLM License.

**4.2** You may NOT release Derivative Works under closed-source, proprietary, or any other license that conflicts with the terms herein.

**4.3** Source code for all Derivative Works must be made publicly available upon distribution.

## 5. EXCEPTIONS

**5.1** Exceptions to the Non-Commercial Use restriction (Section 3) or the Copyleft requirement (Section 4) may be granted solely through express written permission from the Licensor.

**5.2** Requests for exceptions should be directed to both Axel Sheire and AG. A valid exception requires written consent from both parties unless one party has designated the other as their agent for such matters.

## 6. TRAINING DATA

Any example training data provided with the Software (including, but not limited to, the works of William Shakespeare) is acknowledged as Public Domain and is not subject to the restrictions of this license.

## 7. TERMINATION

**7.1** This license and all rights granted hereunder terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

**7.2** Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use and distribution of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

**7.3** Sections 2 (Attribution), 7 (Termination), and 8 (Disclaimer) survive termination.

## 8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS, COPYRIGHT HOLDERS, AXEL SHEIRE, AG, OR OPENAGI (AGCORP) BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

**9.1** If any provision of this license is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

**9.2** This license constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the Software.

**9.3** Failure to enforce any provision of this license does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
