Any rights to use the FLUX Model and/or Derivatives are granted directly by Black Forest
Labs Inc. to you pursuant to the FLUX Non-Commercial License, a copy of which is in
LICENSE.md in this repository. Unsloth grants you no rights in the FLUX Model.

MODIFICATION STATEMENT (FLUX Non-Commercial License v2.1, section 3(c)(i)): the file in
this repository is a single-file repack of the FLUX.2 [dev] conditioner, extracted from
the diffusers layout of black-forest-labs/FLUX.2-dev into one standalone safetensors file
with ComfyUI key names and stored in bfloat16. That repack is Comfy-Org's work
(https://huggingface.co/Comfy-Org/flux2-dev), not Black Forest Labs's and not Unsloth's.

Unsloth has not modified the weights: every file here is byte for byte the file of the same name in the source repository (verified on the Hub's LFS sha256).

This repository is not an official Black Forest Labs or ComfyUI product and is not
endorsed, approved or validated by either. Use is non-commercial only, on the terms in
LICENSE.md, which Unsloth neither adds to nor subtracts from.

Third-party materials (FLUX Non-Commercial License v2.1, section 9): the conditioner is
Mistral-Small-3.2-24B, released by Mistral AI under Apache-2.0
(https://huggingface.co/mistralai/Mistral-Small-3.2-24B-Instruct-2506). Black Forest Labs
distributes it as a component of FLUX.2 [dev] and states no separate licence for it on the
FLUX.2 [dev] model card, so this mirror carries the FLUX terms.

The FLUX.2 autoencoder is NOT here. Black Forest Labs released it separately under
Apache-2.0, so it is mirrored under those terms at
https://huggingface.co/unsloth/FLUX.2-VAE rather than bundled under the terms above.
