A mirror of the single-file Qwen3-8B conditioner that FLUX.2 klein 9B pairs with, as
published by Comfy-Org/vae-text-encorder-for-flux-klein-9b
(https://huggingface.co/Comfy-Org/vae-text-encorder-for-flux-klein-9b).
Unsloth has not modified the weights: every file here is byte for byte the file of the same name in the source repository (verified on the Hub's LFS sha256).

The weights are Qwen3-8B (https://huggingface.co/Qwen/Qwen3-8B), Copyright Alibaba Cloud,
licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. LICENSE is the copy Alibaba ships with
Qwen3-8B, verbatim. Upstream ships no NOTICE file, so there is nothing further to
propagate under Apache-2.0 section 4(d).

Why Apache-2.0 and not the FLUX Non-Commercial License, given the file ships inside the
non-commercial black-forest-labs/FLUX.2-klein-9B: because the weights are STOCK Qwen3-8B,
not a Black Forest Labs derivative. Every one of the 399 tensors in this file was compared
against Qwen/Qwen3-8B, key for key, on a byte hash of the raw tensor buffer:

    BIT-IDENTICAL 399   DIFFERENT 0   (no key present in one file and absent in the other)

There is nothing of Black Forest Labs's in it, and the FLUX Non-Commercial License itself
says at section 9 that third-party components remain subject to their own licensors'
terms. Alibaba's Apache-2.0 grant therefore governs these bytes.

This says nothing about FLUX.2 klein 9B itself. That model IS under the FLUX
Non-Commercial License, and running it is governed by those terms whatever the licence on

Changes relative to Qwen/Qwen3-8B (Apache-2.0 section 4(b)): the shards are merged into one
standalone safetensors file. That repack is Comfy-Org's work, not Unsloth's. Not an
official Alibaba Cloud, Black Forest Labs or ComfyUI product, and not endorsed by any of
them.
