EventSync action-executor checkpoint based on the OpenPI / PaliGemma-Gemma model stack.

The upstream Apache-2.0 license is reproduced in `LICENSE_APACHE.txt`. EventSync fine-tuned this checkpoint for history-dependent manipulation; EventSync modifications are subject to `LICENSE`.
