Local PICO token-classification model bundle tracked in-repo.

Files kept here are the minimum needed by `transformers` `from_pretrained(...)`
for the primary PICO extractor:

- `config.json`
- `model.safetensors`
- `tokenizer.json`
- `tokenizer_config.json`

Source of this bundle: `pico-package/package` from the project workspace.
