Purpose

This repository prepares review templates for civic AI models, datasets, Spaces, governance decisions, and public claims under the 218 Network Foundation institutional release boundary.

Boundary

This repository may document release discipline. It must not include model weights, dataset files, live Space code, private corpora, private telemetry, donor data, student data, volunteer data, customer data, sealed IP, security-sensitive NEURONA details, PCB/mesh/security details, or unsupported release claims.
