I have been recently working on converting my fine-tuned versions of your model to GGUF file, I spotted that you missed preprocessor_config.json in your repository, which have caused some fusses for me working with "Llama.cpp". I suggest you use the original preprocessor_config.json from InternVL2_5-1B repository for your model.
