### CoCo Components Not Available
**Solution:** Some CoCo components depend on PyTorch:

### "Connection refused" for LLMs
**This is normal!** LLM servers are optional. The system works without them:
- Symbolic math still works
- Embeddings still work
- Cognitive analysis still works
- Only LLM inference requires servers
