Add pipeline tag and library name metadata

This PR adds pipeline_tag: text-classification and library_name: transformers to the model card metadata. These additions improve model discoverability on the Hub and enable automated code snippets for the community. The model card has also been updated to ensure consistency with the documentation and correctly link to the research paper.
