Please publish explicit license terms for checkpoint files

Hello Aaron — thank you for releasing TCSinger. We are evaluating the published TCSinger, SAD, SDLM, and HiFi-GAN checkpoint files in a private, noncommercial qualification harness before any product integration. The source repository is MIT, but the Hugging Face model repository currently has no license metadata or LICENSE file for the checkpoint weights. Could you please add explicit terms covering these checkpoint files (ideally a LICENSE file and model-card license metadata), including whether private evaluation, commercial use, modification, and redistribution are permitted?
