Add pipeline tag and link to Hugging Face paper page

This PR adds the pipeline_tag: image-segmentation to the model card metadata, making the model discoverable under the correct pipeline on the Hugging Face Hub. It also adds a link to the Hugging Face paper page for the Merlin Plus paper in the Papers section. No other content changes are introduced.
