The addresses in the IP allow list of a {% data variables.product.prodname_github_app %} only affect requests made by installations of the {% data variables.product.prodname_github_app %}. The automatic addition of a {% data variables.product.prodname_github_app %}'s IP address to an organization's allow list does not allow access to a {% data variables.product.github %} user who connects from that IP address.
