🚀 RAG Document Analysis - Application Running!

✅ Current Status

Application is LIVE and running!

Servers Status:

• ✅ Backend: Running on http://localhost:5000 (11+ minutes uptime)
• ✅ Frontend: Running on http://localhost:5173 (11+ minutes uptime)
• ✅ Gemini API: Configured and ready
• ✅ File Storage: Active (MongoDB optional)

When you open http://localhost:5173, you'll see:

🧪 How to Test RIGHT NOW

Step 1: Open Browser

Your browser should already be open at:

http://localhost:5173

If not, manually type this in Chrome/Edge/Firefox

Step 2: Upload Test Data

You have 3 CSV files ready:

1. sample_training_data.csv (50 records - original)
2. test_data_1_recent.csv (35 records - simple)
3. test_data_2_detailed.csv (45 records - detailed)

All files are in: C:\Users\91979\OneDrive\Desktop\Rag Model\

Step 3: Drag & Drop

1. Open File Explorer (already opened)
2. Drag any CSV file to the upload area
3. Click "Upload & Analyze" button

Step 4: Wait for Analysis

• Progress bar will show (0-100%)
• "Analyzing document..." message
• Takes 30-60 seconds (AI processing)

Step 5: View Results

After analysis completes:

Dashboard Tab:

• 📊 Key metrics cards (trainings, participants, completion rate, states)
• 📈 Pie chart - Theme distribution
• 📊 Bar chart - State-wise coverage
• ⚠️ Gap analysis (underserved states/themes)

test_data_1_recent.csv (Simple Test)

Expected Results:

• Total Trainings: 35
• Total Participants: ~2,800
• States Covered: 25+
• Themes: Earthquake, Flood, Cyclone, Fire, etc.
• Completion Rate: 82-99%
• Time Period: Oct-Dec 2024

test_data_2_detailed.csv (Advanced Test)

Expected Results:

• Total Trainings: 45
• Total Participants: ~4,500
• States Covered: 28+
• Budget Analysis: ~₹17-18 million total
• Languages: Hindi, English, regional languages
• Certifications: Mix of certified/non-certified
• Time Period: Jan-Dec 2024

🔧 Troubleshooting

If page doesn't load:

1. Check terminals are still running
2. Refresh browser (Ctrl + R)
3. Clear cache (Ctrl + Shift + R)

If upload fails:

1. Check file size (< 10MB)
2. Verify file format (CSV/Excel/PDF)
3. Check backend terminal for errors

If analysis takes too long:

1. Wait up to 2 minutes
2. Check Gemini API key in backend/.env
3. Check backend terminal for API errors
