Add pipeline tag and library name

This PR adds the pipeline_tag and library_name to the model card metadata to improve discoverability and clarity. The pipeline_tag is set to image-to-image as the model performs image-to-image transformations based on text instructions. The library_name is set to diffusers given the model's use of diffusion models and compatibility with the Hugging Face Diffusers library.
