Fix arXiv ID and improve model card

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team. I'm opening this PR to improve your model card:

Fixed the arXiv ID in the badges and links (it was using a placeholder 46f333f179 instead of 2603.20192).
Added a badge for the Hugging Face paper page for better discoverability.
Updated metadata tags (like video-generation) to ensure the model shows up in relevant Hub filters.
Verified the pipeline_tag and license are correctly set.
