clean up your mess if possible
wf in json posted has missing/misnamed models. i've tried to fill in missing stuff (ok, i'm comfyui beginner), still got exception crash. it generated video though, not bad so far.
if you expect dozens of ppl trying you wf, you gonna make dozens of ppl loosing dozens of minutes fixing it for getting running.
and that powershell script downloading models... downloading on backbone would be no pb... on home lines it can get corrupted local files. sha256 is a simple thing to doublecheck if dl is 100% sure. i had to spent 1h figuring out which model had missing bytes 'cuz poweshell dl managed to drop line on 2 safetensors, and confyui pythons are made by kids who nether bothered to print filenames when scripts crashed trying to load 'em. had to go through big pain in b.tt computing sha256 of all files (takes a lot of time on these many gbs files) and figuring out that i had 2 downloads screwed up....
