Improve model card metadata and links

Hi! I'm Niels, part of the community science team at Hugging Face.

This PR improves the model card for ProtoPathway:

Added pipeline_tag: other to the metadata to improve discoverability.
Added a direct link to the research paper: ProtoPathway: Biologically Structured Prototype-Pathway Fusion for Multimodal Cancer Survival Prediction.
Included a link to the official GitHub repository.

The existing repository layout, cohort descriptions, and quick-load code snippets have been preserved.
