Archive historical metadata to free 1639 file slots

This lossless cleanup replaces876Hydra YAML/log files fromMay-July2026 and765W&B segment-metric CSV exports with two ZIP archives in this same repository. Every ZIP member was byte-verified against revision745cac8f. Original paths and provenance are stored inside each ZIP. Videos, checkpoints, current code and results/worldmem-baseline-evals are untouched. Merging reduces file count from19985to18346; loose metadata URLs are replaced by the archives.
