This PR improves the model card by:

Updating the pipeline_tag to image-segmentation to better reflect the model's purpose.
Adding a link to the research paper: Primus: Enforcing Attention Usage for 3D Medical Image Segmentation.
Including the full author list and updating the citations.
Linking to the official GitHub repository for the nnUNet framework.
Clarifying that this specific checkpoint uses the Primus-M backbone pre-trained via VolumeFusion.
