Update model card with Primus paper and segmentation tag

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community team.
This PR updates the model card to include the recent paper Primus: Enforcing Attention Usage for 3D Medical Image Segmentation which introduces the Primus architecture. It also updates the pipeline_tag to image-segmentation to better represent the model's intended use case in medical imaging and adds a link to the official code repository and the BibTeX citation.
