Update model card with Primus paper and segmentation tag

This PR updates the model card to include a reference to the paper Primus: Enforcing Attention Usage for 3D Medical Image Segmentation.

Key changes:

Updated the pipeline_tag from image-feature-extraction to image-segmentation to better reflect the model's application.
Added library_name: nnunet as the models are designed for use with the nnU-Net framework.
Provided links to the new paper and the associated GitHub repository for adaptation.
