Update model card with Primus paper and segmentation tag

This PR updates the model card to include a link to the recent paper Primus: Enforcing Attention Usage for 3D Medical Image Segmentation, which introduces one of the backbone architectures hosted here. It also updates the pipeline tag to image-segmentation to improve discoverability and adds a link to the official code repository.
