Update pipeline tag to any-to-any

This PR updates the pipeline_tag in the model card metadata from text-to-video to any-to-any. SepGen generates and separates multiple modalities—video, audio-mix, and per-source stems—and supports both generation and separation behavior, so any-to-any better represents the model’s capabilities. The rest of the model card remains unchanged.
