This PR improves the model card by:
- Linking the model to the paper Infinity Instruct: Scaling Instruction Selection and Synthesis to Enhance Language Models.
- Adding the
transformerslibrary to enable the "How to use" button. - Adding the
text-generationpipeline tag to make the model discoverable.
