1. High Precision Math (FP32)

Unlike standard mergers that operate in FP16, this model upcasted all tensors to Float32 before calculating deltas. This prevents "rounding noise" (micro-grain) from accumulating in the final image.

2. Top-K Density Filtering

Instead of a static threshold, we used dynamic quantile filtering:

• Input Blocks: Retained 35% of structural changes.
• Middle Block: Retained 25% (Strict anatomy focus).
