This PR improves the model card for abs-bvv-5 by:

• Adding the library_name: transformers metadata tag, which enables the "How to use" widget on the model page for easier interaction.
• Adding a prominent link to the primary paper, Growing Transformers: Modular Composition and Layer-wise Expansion on a Frozen Substrate, at the top of the model card. This makes the key research paper more discoverable. The existing arXiv link in the citation section remains unchanged as per guidelines.
• Adding a direct link to the associated GitHub repository for the "Progressive Growth Transformers" project: https://github.com/bochenkovlabs/PGT.
