Research archive (model weights and training state). Access is granted manually.
Every path is relative to the project workspace root: files outside shards/-style tar folders are as-is,
and each *.tar holds files whose member paths are relative to the same root (extract with tar xf <tar> -C <root>).
SHA256SUMS covers every file, MEMBERS.tsv lists tar members.
