This PR significantly enhances the model card for the M3-Agent model.

Key improvements include:

• Adding pipeline_tag: video-text-to-text to better categorize the model on the Hub for improved discoverability.
• Specifying library_name: transformers to indicate compatibility with the Hugging Face Transformers library, enabling direct loading and the "Use in Transformers" widget.
• Populating the README with rich information from the paper and GitHub repository, including:
  • The full paper title and a link to the arXiv publication.
  • Links to the project page and the official GitHub repository for the code.
  • The complete abstract of the paper.
  • Visuals (an overview illustration and a link to the demo video) for better understanding.
  • A "Usage" section with a Python code example for loading the model and guidance on further integration.
  • The official BibTeX citation.

These changes will greatly improve the model's visibility, usability, and informativeness on the Hugging Face Hub.
