Improve model card for DiffusionGS with metadata, links, and usage example

This PR significantly improves the model card for "DiffusionGS" by:
- Adding the
pipeline_tag: image-to-3dto enhance discoverability on the Hugging Face Hub for relevant tasks. - Including a direct link to the paper: Baking Gaussian Splatting into Diffusion Denoiser for Fast and Scalable Single-stage Image-to-3D Generation and Reconstruction.
- Providing links to the official project page and GitHub repository for easy access to more information and code.
- Incorporating a "Quick Demo" section with the code snippet from the GitHub README.
- Adding visual examples directly linked from the GitHub repository.
- Including the BibTeX citation for proper academic attribution.
