Add usage example and explicit project page link

This PR improves the model card by:
- Adding an explicit "Project page" link, consistent with how the authors refer to their GitHub repository on their own GitHub README.
- Adding a runnable Python code snippet to demonstrate how to use the model directly with the 🤗 Transformers library, making it easier for users to get started with the model.
- Adding emojis to section headers for improved readability and visual appeal.
