Add paper link, project links, and update metadata

Hi! I'm Niels, part of the community science team at Hugging Face.
I've opened this PR to improve the model card for UniRM. Based on the research paper and repository information, I have:
- Added
pipeline_tag: image-text-to-textandlibrary_name: transformersto the metadata to improve discoverability. - Linked the model to its original research paper: From Sparse Decisions to Dense Reasoning: A Multi-attribute Trajectory Paradigm for Multimodal Moderation.
- Included links to the official project page and GitHub repository.
- Added the BibTeX citation from the paper.
These changes help users understand the research context of the model and find the associated code more easily.
