I want to clarify the licensing of Qwen2.5-VL. The HuggingFace model page specifies the "Qwen RESEARCH LICENSE AGREEMENT," while the GitHub repository appears to be licensed under "Apache 2.0." I'd like to confirm whether the source code and the model weights are intentionally released under different licenses.
Can I development for internal project ?
