Teaching data

The examples generate their synthetic inputs locally from the seed recorded in config.json. OT and finite bridges use explicit two-state probability vectors. Gaussian bridges use one-dimensional normal samples. TR2-D2 uses the abstract tokens circle, square, and triangle. Branch and Entangled examples use abstract coordinates with explicit potentials. No external model, sequence dataset, or network download is required after installing dependencies.
