The overview animation is shared by both releases, so it belongs beside the root card rather than inside the PDC folder. Copied server-side; the PDC card now renders without it.

scripts/verify_release.py, and the generation outputs behind the reported
tables under results/.
DegradeMaster and EGFR-PROPK are published upstream without a license and are
not redistributed; scripts/fetch_third_party.py retrieves them at the pinned
commits. The unlicensed, unused ORCA C++ sources bundled with DeFoG are
excluded. DeFoG itself is MIT, with its license at src/defog/LICENSE.

Reorganise the repository into one folder per conjugate modality so the PROTAC release can sit beside the PDC one under the same citation URL.
Checkpoints are copied server-side rather than re-uploaded. .gitattributes stays at the root so its LFS rules apply to both trees.
