Attribution and distribution notes

The accompanying manuscript and implementation are a research-template deliverable for the Programmable Biology Group. Author ordering and the project's distribution license should be finalized by the authors before public release.

External scientific model code and weights are obtained from their original repositories, subject to their own licenses. The archive does not redistribute those checkpoints. Pinned sources appear in configs/model_registry.json. The real-data sample is derived from ChatterjeeLab/SNOOPPI with exact source records in examples/source_records.json; retain the dataset's attribution and terms for redistribution.

Ubuntu fonts include their Ubuntu Font Licence. Source Sans 3 fonts in the LaTeX archive include their SIL Open Font License. Model logos were supplied by the user and identify Meta/Muse, OpenAI, and Anthropic controller alternatives. These marks retain their original ownership.
