Improve model card: add pipeline tag, library name, and resources

Hi! I'm Niels from the community science team at Hugging Face.
This PR improves the model card for UnifiedReward-Flex-qwen3vl-8b by:
- Adding the
pipeline_tag: image-text-to-textto improve discoverability. - Adding
library_name: transformersto enable the "Use in Transformers" button. - Organizing links to the research paper, official GitHub repository, and project page.
- Adding a brief summary of the model's architecture and training process.
