Hi! For import mp4 u need upload in ur comfy, "ComfyUI-Manager". In this manager u need uploand node "Video helper suite". In ur work flow delite last import node, and add VHS. In VHS u can save video mp4.
About audio, i use MMAUDIO, this ai can auto generate sound for ure video.
About ur first question haven't info =)
