The output photo is very pixel and bad quality

In the head part (which I try to remake into a full doby one at different location) it makes it very pixelate and badly cutts of the old background (in the hair area) and mixes very badly with the body (head is much much bigger than it needs to be: the coat has visible line where it was supposed to be mixed well).
Please help how to improve it. Maybe what settings to change... THX!
