what's the difference between SigLIP and sigclip (with a c in the middle)?

there is a google upload on huggingface:

the file is ~4GB instead of the ~800MB here and it's called SigLIP (without c, which might be a mistake here)

800MB it's only vision encoder, 4GB - full model
