Connection refused on localhost (127.0.0.1:7860)

Worked a few times, but since then refuses to connect. Tried disabling the firewall, but I knew it wouldn't be that. I'm not a computer geek, so don't really know how to diagnose the problem or solve it.
I just stalled the Stable Diffusion on iMac M1 after 8 hours trying. I could saw the platform and after a few seconds appered a Error message. now it is refusing my connection :(((((((
What can i do??
This is Because of Vram Of your Graphic Card. Try TO Use Lower Version Instead.
