Add pipeline tag, project page, usage example and models table

This PR improves the model card by:
- Adding the
pipeline_tag: text-to-audioto the metadata, making the model discoverable on Hugging Face Hub under the text-to-audio pipeline. - Including a link to the project page: https://cypress-yang.github.io/SongBloom_demo/
- Adding a "Usage" section with a code snippet from the GitHub README for easy inference.
- Adding a "Models" table to list the available checkpoints.
