Improve model card: add links, dataset metadata, and absolute image paths

This PR improves the model card for Toto-2.0-4m by:
- Adding direct links to the technical report, GitHub repository, and official blog post for easier access to resources.
- Adding dataset metadata to the YAML section to improve the model's discoverability on the Hugging Face Hub.
- Updating image references to use absolute paths, ensuring they render correctly on the Hub.
- Maintaining the high-quality technical descriptions and sample usage already present.
