# Ultralytics YOLO for optic disk segmentation

Pretrained Ultralytics YOLO11 segmentation model for detecting optic disc in medical M0 images generated from the [HoloDoppler application](https://github.com/DigitalHolography/HoloDoppler).

This model is used in the optic_disc.ipynb notebook from the [OpticDiscSegmentation project](https://github.com/DigitalHolography/OpticDiscSegmentation).
