Fix theme error: remove invalid input_text_color parameter

- Removed input_text_color and input_text_color_dark parameters
- These are not supported by Gradio theme system
- Kept all other valid theme parameters for visual design
- Fixes TypeError: Base.set() got an unexpected keyword argument
